Hard boiled eggs — 2-3

Canned corn — 3,5 oz
Greens — to taste
Mayo — as dressing to taste

Directions:
Chop all the ingredients
Mix
Add dressing and serve

Ingredients:
Cooked chicken breast — 8 oz
Carrot — 2 oz
Canned pineapple — 4,5 oz
Almond — 1 oz
Red cabbage — 3,5 oz
Salad greens— to taste
Fo dressing:
Soy sauce — 1 tbsp
Oil — 2 tbsp
Honey — 1 tsp
Garlic powder — ? tsp
Ground ginger — ? tsp

Directions:
Mix all the chopped vegetables, greens, pineapple, chicken and nuts

Dress the salad

Cucumber — 2
Salad greens — 5 oz
Red onion — 1
Bell pepper — 1
Feta — 7 oz
Olives — 5 oz
Capers — 4 oz
White wine vinegar — 1 tsp
Olive oil
Sea salt
Oregano — optional

Directions:
In a salad bowl, combine vegetables, olives and capers
Whisk together olive oil and vinegar
Pour dressing over salad
